Funeral service for Linda Gail Ellison Dutton, age 62, of Decatur, will be Thursday, February 6, 2020, 2:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Orville Collins officiating. The family will receive friends for two hours prior to service. Interment will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Ms. Dutton, who died Sunday, February 2, 2020, at her residence, was born September 28, 1957, in California, to Lowell D. Ellison, Jr. and Mildred Bateman Ellison. She was preceded in death by her father. She was employed by Alabama Farmers’ Cooperative.
She is survived by one daughter, Emily Marksberry (Jeffrey) of Decatur; her mother, Mildred Ellison of Decatur; one sister, Brenda Owens of Decatur; and three grandchildren, Ella, Kinley, and Isabel Marksberry, all of Decatur.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
