Lila Mae Crittenden, age 92, of Florence, formerly of Tullahoma, TN, died Monday, February 16, 2015. Visitation will be Wednesday, 11-1 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Her funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Shawn Day and David Crittenden officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Tuscumbia.
Mrs. Crittenden was a member of Shoals Seventh Day Adventist Church, and was preceded in death by her husband, David Arnold Crittenden, her parents, Leon and Epsie Ruth McKinney, grandmother, Carye Ada Milligan, brother, Floyd Wesley McKinney, and her sisters, Willene McKinney Black, Dorothy Lee McKinney Rutherford, and Carye Alyene McKinney Bearden.
She is survived by her sons, David Wesley Crittenden of Hillsboro, TN, Harold Floyd Crittenden of Florence, daughter, Carye Rebecca Crittenden Banks, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
Pallbearers are Douglas Lowry, Sidney Lowry, Leslie Rutherford, Billy Gene Smith, Robert H. Bearden, Leslie Shawn Smith and Tracy Gene Smith.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Shoals Seventh Day Adventist Church Memorial Fund for Lila Crittenden.
