Mr. Lewis Ray Smith, age 88, of Shelbyville, TN, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at his home. Lewis was a loving son, brother, and uncle. He was a good neighbor and a hard-working, lifelong farmer.
Mr. Smith was born on Saturday, June 15, 1935, to the late Grady Odell and Ernie Wilson Smith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Billie Sue Goodwin and Martha Jean McKinnon. Survivors include his sister, Carolyn Hayes and a host of nieces and nephews that will mourn his passing.
Private interment will take place at a later date in Booneville Cemetery.
