Lewis "Luke" Dale Davis Lewis “Luke” Dale Davis., 76, of Cherokee County Alabama passed away on Tuesday September 24, 2024.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Linda McCord Davis and his parents Hubert and Wylene Davis and his brother Randy Davis.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters Kim (Shane) Williamon and Mandy (Kyle) Chavers, his brother Sid (Loretta) Davis; and his grandchildren, Reid Williamon, Charlie Williamon, Kate Williamon, Luke Chavers, Emma Chavers, and William Chavers, and many nieces and nephews.

Dale Davis was a lifelong resident of Cherokee County. He was a graduate of Cedar Bluff High School and Coosa Valley Technical College. He was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was a strong hardworking farmer who loved being outdoors. There was nothing he enjoyed more than spending time with his grandchildren. he was Married to his wife Linda for 55 years.

Lewis’s family will be receiving friends Saturday, September 28 from 1-3 p.m. at New Nazareth Baptist Church, 6650 County Road 16, Centre AL.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to New Nazareth Baptist Church., 76, of Cherokee County Alabama passed away on Tuesday September 24, 2024.
