Lester Nathan Bradley of Collinwood, TN was born May 11, 1932 in Wayne Co., TN, the son of the late Harvey Lester and Vernon Eliza Bromley Bradley. He was united in marriage to on November 12, 1965 and was a retired dolly operator at Reynolds Alloy.
Mr. Bradley departed this life on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Genesis Healthcare-Glenwood in Florence, Alabama at the age of 82 Years, 9 Months, 13 Days.
He is survived by his wife, Emily Annette Berry Bradley of Collinwood, TN; a daughter, Jackie Allred and husband, Jeff of Leoma, TN; grandchildren, Jonathan Holt, Zach Holt and Dylan Allred; a great-granddaughter, Ivy Annette Holt; a sister, Ruth Carson of Iron City, TN; nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Bradley was preceded in death by a son, Charles Nathan Bradley; a brother, J. T. Bradley; sisters, Treasure Purser and Carolyn Horton.
Services will be held on Friday, February 27, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with John E. Banks and Tim Hanback officiating. Burial will follow in Railroad Cemetery, Iron City, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Pallbearers will be Ben Hanback, Jimmy Carson, Billy Carson, Dennis Bradley, Bobby Stephenson and Cody Long.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 26, 2015 from 5 pm to 9 pm and Friday, February 27, 2015 from 9 am until service time at the funeral home.
