Mr. Leslie “Les” Barbee Sr., age 89, of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away Monday, June 10, 2024.
He is survived by his wife, Janie Myers Barbee; son, Leslie Albert Barbee, Jr.; sister, Argie Lynn Barbee Willis; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Beth Ann Barbee; parents, Benjamine and Madeline Barbee; brothers, Benjamine, Jr., A.V., and Kenneth Barbee.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Scottsboro Funeral Home with Dr. Matt Helms officiating. Burial will follow at Pinehaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 14, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Scottsboro Funeral Home.
