LeRoy Daniel Wright – Obituary

LeRoy Daniel Wright, age 74, of Waynesboro, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

LeRoy was born on March 4, 1941 in Cornwall, New York to the late Donald W. Wright and Beryl Phillips Wright. LeRoy was a jack of all trades, including carpentry, farming, and welding. He was a hardworking man. He loved his family, friends, fishing, but most of all his Lord. LeRoy was a member of Clifton Pentecostal Holiness Church.

LeRoy is survived by his loving wife Mabel Wright; sons Charles (Sherri) Wright of Onalaska, Texas and Wayne (Amanda) Wright of Clifton, Tennessee; daughter Robyn Rich of Cleveland, Texas; thirteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and expecting baby Mia in June; brothers Donald (Yvonne) Wright of South Carolina and Francis Lauferswiler of New York; sisters Carolyn Sykora of Pennsylvania, Roxanne Kimble of Tennessee, Bonita (Harold) Wood of Tennessee, and Teresa (Dorn) Smith of New York; and several nieces and nephews.

LeRoy was preceded by son Richard “Rick” Wright, sister Druscilla DeGroat, brother Wayne Wright, and his parents Donald and Beryl Wright.

The family would like to say a special thank you to friends and family who supported him with their help, love, and prayers; Dr. Herrera and staff; Susan, his caregiver; and TN Quality Home Health nurses and staff.
