Leonard Mullins, 83, of Walnut, MS
Mr. Mullins passed away Wednesday morning, March 2, 2016 at Mississippi Care Center in Corinth, MS.
A native and life-long resident of Tippah County, MS, he was the son of the late Garvin E. and Roxie Garrett Mullins. He had worked as a farmer and was a member of the Campground Methodist Church near Walnut. He enjoyed listening to bluegrass music in his leisure time.
Mr. Mullins is survived by a brother, Andy “Shorty” Mullins of Walnut; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 5 sisters, Pearl Mae Monroe, Jewel Garrett, Earline Russell, Verna Jackson and Ola Hugh Jeans; and 2 brothers, Everette and Bynum F. Mullins.
