Leonard Lee “Len” Chapman , age 56 of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016 at NHC Healthcare in Columbia after an extended illness. He was a native of Lewis County, TN, a retired pipe liner, a member of Local Union 798, and a member of the First Assembly of God Church. Funeral Services will be held at United Church on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Tony Morgan & David Morgan will be officiating. Burial will follow in Hollis Cemetery. Mr. Chapman will lie in state at the church from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 01, 2016 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
