Leonard K. “Bubba” Grace, 73, died Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Sanctuary Hospice House with his sons by his side.

Len was born August 11, 1950, in Meridian, MS, to W.G. Grace and Billie Jean Chapman Grace. After high school, Len joined the Army and was stationed in Germany for two years. After his return from Germany he attended Meridian Community College and later in life he earned his degree from Ole Miss. He spent most of his career as the GM for Comcast, first in Laurel and then Tupelo, a job he truly loved.

On October 9, 1976, Len married Marsha McKinney, and together they had two sons, Kevin and John. Len was a member of Harrisburg Baptist Church in Tupelo.

Survivors include his sons, Kevin (Kimberly), of Saltillo, and John (Sarah) of Belden, and three grandsons, Ethan Adams, Chapman Grace, and Ellis Watts. Len also leaves behind sister-in-law, Patricia Barnhill and his dear friend Mike Price.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marsha, his niece, Sherri Grace, his brother, Billy Grace, both parents, and step-father Rudolph Ezell.

Cremation will be handled by Holland Funeral Home of Tupelo. A graveside service will be held at the Toomsuba Presbyterian Cemetery in Toomsuba, MS, on Saturday, February 3, at 1:00. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is entrusted with those arrangements.

The family would like to give special thanks to Sanctuary Hospice House for their exemplary care of Len in his final days.
