Lenord Hugh Van Horne, Jr.

Lenord Hugh Van Horne, Jr., 81, of Florence, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021. There will be no services at this time.

Len was a native of Kansas City, Missouri and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving in Vietnam. He was the owner and operator of Lenord H. Van Horne Chiropractic Clinic of Florence, AL. Len was preceded in death by his parents, Lenord Hugh and Vera Madeline Van Horne.

Len is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Carolyn Van Horne; 2 children, Jamie Lee Fowlkes and Charles David Hill; and 6 grandchildren, Colby Hill, Chloe Hill, Cayden Hill, Nathan Fowlkes, Matthew Fowlkes, and Logan Fowlkes.
