Lenice Holt, 86, of Tuscumbia, died Saturday, July 12, 2014, at her home surrounded by her family. Her visitation will be Monday, July 14th, from 9 am until 10:30 am at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Her funeral service will be graveside at 11 am at Barton Cemetery with T.A. Duke officiating.
Mrs. Holt was a charter member of Hook Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, R.C. Holt.
She is survived by her sons, Roger Holt and fiance’, Tracy Borden and David Holt; daughter, Jody Holt Smallwood and very special son-in-law, Robert; brother, Walter Davis; sister, Stella Grissom; Two grandchildren, Adam Holt and wife Emily, and Justin Holt and wife Heather; Two great grandchildren, Beau and Raychel; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and friends.
