Lena Moore Weatherford, 89, a native of Lauderdale County and a resident of Harvest, Ala., passed away June 14, 2013.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 15, 2013, from 6-8 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Sunday, June 16, 2013, at 2 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with David Harvey officiating. Burial will follow in the Florence City Cemetery.
Mrs. Weatherford was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lane Weatherford; son, Charles Leslie Weatherford; grandson, Charles Sean Weatherford; four sisters; and three brothers.
She is survived by her son, Michael Weatherford (Mary), of Huntsville; daughter, Sylvia Jackson, of Charlotte, N.C.; grandchildren, Troy, Tracey, Craig, Shannon, Patrick, Kyle, Tommy and Danny; great-grandchildren, Laura, Kathryn, Paul, Sumer, Zackary, Erin, Bailey, Lily, Ashton, Ryland and John Thomas; great-great-grandchildren, Kadance and Cooper.
Family will serve as pallbearers.
