Lee Dewayne “Wayne” Peppers, age 74, of Phil Campbell, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022.
He was born on October 4, 1947 in Russellville, Alabama to Prentis and Beatrice Peppers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Phil Campbell, Alabama, where services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Brother George Whitten and Brother Kasey Harrison will officiate. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Wayne is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mary Peppers; son, Heath Peppers; sister, Bonnie (Bobby) Crown; brothers, Gary Don (Christine) Peppers and Rick (Barbara) Peppers; and a host of nieces, nephews, family; and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Prentis Lee Peppers; and his mother, Beatrice Peppers.
The family requests to all who attend to please wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
