Mrs. LeAnn Ruth McCord, age 47, of Morrison, TN, died Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at Ascension St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, TN. She was born February 29, 1976, in McMinnville, TN, was a former administrative assistant with H & R Block Tax Service and a member of Woodbury Pentecostals. LeAnn was preceded in death by grandparents Isiah and Myrtle Peck, father Kenneth Bruce King, and sister Christina Lynn Barnes.
Survivors include her husband of 25 years Clyde Chadwick “Chad” McCord, daughter Addison McCord, son Jonathan McCord, and mother Sylvia Peck King. Other family members, church family, and many friends also surviving.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, November 26, 2023, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Walter Droke will officiate. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and again Sunday from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. in the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
