LCDTF Arrests Suspect On Trafficking Fentanyl

FLORENCE-The Lauderdale County Drug Task Force released a statement concerning the arrest of a suspect who has been charged with several counts of Drug charges:

“On 06/27/2023 Agents with the Lauderdale County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence at 401 Wilson Dam Road Florence, AL.

The search warrant was obtained due to the drug dealing activities of one of the occupants of the residence.  

A search of the residence revealed approximately 36 grams of Fentanyl pills (approximately 430 pills) and a small amount of Marijuana.  Multiple guns were located inside of the residence.  Agents located various pieces of paraphernalia including necessary items used for distributing drugs.

Arrested and charges was Julian Devonne Cole, 29, Florence. Charged with Trafficking in Fentanyl, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Certain Persons Forbidden to Poss a Firearm.

Agents assisting the Lauderdale County Drug Task Force during the investigation were the Florence Police Department, Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office and the Lauderdale County District Attorney’s Office.”
