Lawrence “Larry” Paul Hansen, Jr., age 82 of Greenbrier, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025 at his residence. There are no services planned at this time.
Larry was born in Chicago, IL to the late Lawrence Paul and Hazel Woods Hansen on September 29, 1942. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
He is survived by sons, Jonathan (Candy) Hansen of Gallatin, TN, Stephen Hansen of Bowling Green, KY; brothers, James (Linda) Hansen, Duane Hansen; sister, Nancy (Corbin) Ledford and grand-daughters, Aubrey, Autumn and MaKenna Hansen.
He worked in retail sales for Nashville Sash and Door Company.
He loved his family very much and he had many other interests of which was reading, making and giving away Bible Devotionals, word searches and puzzles. In high school he enjoyed swimming, playing various instruments such as the flute, trombone, trumpet and more. While in College he played football and ran track. He enjoyed teaching Sunday school and even taught at a Christian School for a while. He was a Baptist.
