Laura Jane Johnson, age 38, of Huntsville, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012.
Laura was a very free spirited person and life and nature. She was preceded in death by her father, Harry Franklin Johnson; and her sister, Sally Johnson.
Laura is survived by her mother, Peggy Priest; her brothers and sisters, Stephen Priest, Linda McNellis, Jamie Sue Thomason (Donald), James Priest (Angie) and Rachel Mansell (Tracy); and several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and special uncle, Ray Dearman.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville. The family will receive friends on that day from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Huntsville Hospital, Brookshire Nursing Home, ASAP and Chanda Crutcher.
