Larry William “Foxy” Owens, age 74 passed away on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024, at Alive Hospice in Nashville. A native of Williamson County, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Lonnie Owens and the late Hester Mae Barnhill. He spent his career working at Lasko and as a mechanic. He loved NASCAR, working on and restoring old vehicles, going to car shows, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandson, Casey Owens; brother, Bobby Owens; nephew, Joey Owens; and brother-in-law, Houston Russell. He is survived by his daughters, Lisa (Noah) Martin and Susie Owens; grandchildren, Bridget Dorton, Matthew Martin, Devin Owens, and Gracie Martin; great grandchildren, Alyssa Dorton, Danyel Dorton, and Layne Owens; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Cleo Gordon. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation with the family after 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Burial will take place at a later date at Hudgins Cemetery.
