Funeral service for Larry T. Barnette, 92, will be Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Edward King officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Johnson Chapel. No Visitation is scheduled.
Mr. Barnette passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at his residence. He was born February 11, 1932, in Mississippi, to John James Barnette and Leetha Smith McCombs.
He was employed by 3M as a Mechanic prior to his retirement, after 25 years of service. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, who had an adorable personality and loved his animals, especially his dog and cat. He was a member of Barnett’s Chapel Pentecostal Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents and his first wife, Etter Cash Barnette.
