Graveside services for Mr. Larry Johnson, age 81, are scheduled for 1 PM on Thursday March 6, 2025 at Judson Cemetery. Mr. Johnson passed away at his home on Monday March 3, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 28, 1943 in Henderson County, TN to the late Clyde and Beatrice Powers Johnson. He was a car salesman for Golden Circle Ford in Jackson and Reeves Auto Sales, working along side his hunting buddy Nelson Reeves. Mr. Larry was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church, loved hunting, especially with his grand son Matthew, and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Catherine Counselman Johnson, daughter, Angela Johnson, step daughter, Candy Kidwell, step son, Denny Harlow, brother, J.D. Johnson, sister, Arlene Brown, three grandchildren, Lorina Johnson, Victoria Kidwell, and Matthew Kidwell, and one great grandson, Arthur Kidwell. Pafford Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
