Larry Dean Quinn, age 63 of Decherd passed away on Monday March 2, 2020. A native of Franklin County, Mr. Quinn was born in Winchester on October 23, 1956 to the late Thurman and Ruth Isbell Quinn. He worked as a farmer, and was a former Franklin County Commissioner. During his free time he enjoyed watching baseball and coaching little League Baseball. He was an avid Tennessee Vols Football Fan. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Terry Quinn, and sister, Mary McCarver; He is survived by his daughter, Brooke Quinn of Winchester; son, Derrick (Amanda) Quinn of Winchester; mother of his children, Elaine Quinn of Winchester; sisters, Sandy Quinn of Winchester, Jo Ann (Bill) Bilbow of Tallahassee, FL; brother, Jerry (Christy) Quinn of Winchester; several nieces and nephews, and his beloved canine companion, Brutus the German Shepherd. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. on Wednesday March 4, 2020 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held 2:00 P.M. on Thursday March 5, 2020 in the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Sanders officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Garner Cemetery in Decherd.
