Larry Dean Holden, 72, of Killen died Saturday, February 11, 2023, at his residence.
Visitation will be Monday, February 13, 2023, 6-8 PM at Word Fellowship Church (101 County Road 426 Killen, Alabama 35645). Funeral service will be Tuesday, February 14, 2023, 1 PM at the church with Bro. Roger Reed officiating. Burial will be at Railroad Cemetery. Elkins East Chapel is assisting the family.
Mr. Holden was a member of Word Fellowship Church. He belonged to the Labor Local 366. He proudly served in the US Marine Corp. He retired from Boyd Bros. Transportation with 30 years of employment.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 33 years, Diane Holden; parents, Arnold and Millinee Holden.
Mr. Holden is survived by his children, Paula Holden, Jeremy Holden (Emily), and Jessica Ledlow (Marty); step-children, Christy Hinton, and Brad Hinton (Chasity); siblings, David (Sue) and Anthony Holden; grandchildren, Amber Corum (Kevin), Brittany Beadle (Brandon), Brett Beadle (Katherine), Landon, Madalyn, Elyjah, Jimmy, and Christina Ledlow, Taylor Young, Paige, Faith, and Joanna Holden, Lexie and Karley Hinton, and Blake Marona, Tori, and Sam Hanback; great-grandchildren, six; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be David Holden, Jeremy Holden, Nicholas Curtis, Landon Ledlow, Brett Beadle, and Dakota Beadle. Honorary pallbearers will be Drivers and staff of Boyd Bros. Transportation.
