Lanny Dean Evans age 74, passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 in Scottsboro, Alabama. He was a retired school teacher from the Hollywood, Alabama school system.
Lanny was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Scottsboro. He was also a member of the Trinity Baptist Church Choir.
He is preceded in death by his wife: Judy Evans; parents: Bill and Mary Evans; sister: Carol Hodges.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 12 PM until 1 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church located at 809 Byron Road in Scottsboro, Alabama. Funeral Services will follow immediately after visitation to begin a 1 PM with Bro. Duaine Griggs officiating.
