Lance William Goin, 49, of Grant, passed away Tuesday. Lance worked most of his career as a hardwood flooring installer. He loved woodworking and working with is hands in his spare time. He enjoyed fishing whenever he could. He loved his family, his cat, Leon, and his dogs, Penny and Pearl.
He was preceded in death by father, James Larry Goin and grandparents, Carl & Aileen Goin and Earnest & Earlene Copas.
Surviving are wife, Shannon Graden Goin; mother, Wanda Jean Goin; brother, Danny Goin; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Eddie & Cindy Kennamer and Zach & Makayla Lacy; nephew, Noah Guffey; niece, Ashley Graden; great nephew, Cooper Daniels; and parents-in-law, Babs & Jim Holcomb.
Visitation will be Thursday 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will follow Thursday at 1:00 PM with Rev. Joseph Caswell officiating.
Pallbearers will be Jarrod Parmer, Sam Foster, Eddie Kennamer, Jason Elkins, Mark Childress, and Zach Lacy.
Interment will be in Kennamer Cemetery.
