Lafayette “L.N.” Nelson Kennedy

Mr. Kennedy passed away peacefully at his home on the morning of March 4, 2014 after a long life well lived. Mr. Kennedy was an active member of Grace Baptist Church in Mt. Juliet, TN. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving during the Korean War. Mr. Kennedy was retired from both IBM and Eastman Kodak. His passions were traveling, reading, fishing, and his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Helen Williamson Kennedy; children, Frieda Kennedy, Jackie (Tony) Price and Robert Kennedy; grandchildren, Lily Price, R.J. Price, and Sebastian Kennedy; many nieces and nephews, extended family members, friends, and church family members.
