Lady Morris Gabel

“Marcy” Gabel grew up in the Mt. Nebo community, Lawrence County, TN. Early in her career, she worked for the Veterans Administration (Memphis and Knoxville) and then worked at U.S. Army Missle Command in Huntsville, AL, for over 38 years. During this time she participated in professional associations including Business and Professional Women (BPW) and the Toastmasters Club. She enjoyed traveling to different countries. “Marcy” was a lifelong member of Mt. Nebo Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Ms. Gabel was preceded in death by her mother, Mona Willa Morrison Gabel; her father, William Thomas Gabel; and sister, Hazel Gabel Moore. She is survived by her brothers, Thomas E. gabel and William B. Gabel, her sister- in-law, Merry K. Gabel, a niece Rebecca Moore of Spanish Fork, UT and a nephew, Thomas Moore of Madison, AL.
Graveside Service will be at Mt. Nebo Cemetery on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at 2:00 P.M.
There will be no visitation.
