Funeral service will be 12:00 noon, Monday, July 8, 2024 at the Blackburn Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America (507 Plummer Road, Huntsville, AL 35806) with Pastor Tramaine Snodgrass officiating. Interment will be in the Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mr. Horton will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Sunday, July 7, 2024 and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 8, 2024 at the Royal Funeral Home.
