L.C. Pratt, age 85 of Arley passed away December 15, 2024 at his residence. He was born July 18, 1939 to Sam and Bessie Pratt. L.C. loved to ride his mules and wagons. He was a devoted and hard-working family man who considered his children and grandchildren to be his world. L.C. accepted Christ as his Savior in his 30s and ever since served in various capacities in ministry both as an evangelist and pastor to many congregations. There was never a time you could talk to L.C. without talking about His God. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 12:00 Noon – 1:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where the service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Myers Hill Cemetery in Brilliant. Brother Wesley ‘Wes’ Watts will officiate. L.C. is survived by his son, Terry Lee Pratt; grandsons, Terry Colton Pratt and his wife Samantha and Daniel Lee Scott Pratt; brothers, M.C. Pratt and Leon Pratt; great grandchildren, Aiden Pratt, Kenzlee Pratt, Waylon Pratt, and Kaden Pratt; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Pratt; parents, Sam and Bessie Pratt; brothers, A.C. Pratt, Brady Pratt, Marshall Pratt, and Louie Pratt; and sisters, Neil Pratt, Lynn Pratt, Ethelene Cagle, Eula Madison, and Ruby Pratt.
