Graveside service and interment for L.A. Sanders, 91, will be Monday, May 13, 2013 at 12:00 PM at Mt. Tabor Cemetery with Bro. Jason Moore officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Monday, May 13, 2013 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the funeral home.
Mr. Sanders died on Friday, May 10, 2013 at his residence. He was born October 21, 1921, in Morgan County to Mack Sanders and Bessie (Couey) Sanders. Mr. Sanders was a former employee of Redstone Arsenal as a machinist. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son: Hugh Sanders and a grandchild: Mac Sanders.
Survivors include : Two Sons: Jerry Sanders, Decatur , AL Mark Sanders, Priceville , AL
4 Grandchildren: Jennifer Sanders Marquette Phillip Sanders Kent Sanders Kevin Sanders
3 Great Grandchildren: Bailey Marquette, Brianna Marquette, and Arron Raveloson
