L. A. “Bud” Beaver, loving father and grand-father, of Muscle Shoals, was born December 30, 1935 and died Monday, August 19, 2013. His family will receive friends Thursday, August 22, 2013, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home of Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with George Lee officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Mr. Beaver was a native and lifelong resident of Colbert County. He served in the U. S. Army and was retired from General Motors. He was a mason and a UAW member.
He is survived by his wife, Mabrine Beaver; three children, Brian Beaver, Jeff Beaver (Michelle), Rebecca Kuhn (Patrick), eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Jeff Beaver, Brian Beaver, Patrick Kuhn, Garrett Kuhn, James Beaver and Joseph Beaver.
