Kristian Renee “Sunny” Barnes left this earth for her next adventure on July 3, 2022. Sunny lived a very full life in her 47 years. She lived on both coasts, Texas, and spent several years as a marina manager in Alaska. She was fearless, funny, and had the biggest heart of anyone you would ever meet.
Sunny was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Barnes; and her nephew, Nicholas Barnes. She is survived by her mother, Earlene Barnes, and siblings, Robert Barnes, Angie Barnes, Marc Barnes, Sheila Holder, Nickie Barnes, and Michelle Anderson. She is also survived by her nieces- Emily Anderson and Aubrey Barnes; nephews- Tyler Black, Christopher Barnes, Austin Barnes, and Gavin Anderson, and her dog, Sugarbear. Plus much more family and friends than we can count.
Pallbearers will be Austin Barnes, Christopher Barnes, Gavin Anderson, Brett Holder, Sam Anderson and Gavin Jacobs.
Funeral services will be Sunday at Noon at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Burial will follow and will be in Stateline Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
