Kilmer Lanier (KL) Hall, 86 of Huntsville, passed away on November 4, 2022

Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years Mrs. Helen Hall (Johnson). He is survived by his children: Gary Hall, Janet Chase (Jim) and Byron Hall (Melanie); eight grandchildren: Michael, Alicia, Jordan, Ethan, Christopher, Andrew, Noah and Mary Elise; three great-grandchildren: Joanna, Zeke and Daniel and three siblings: Joyce Hart, Andrea Huffman and Becky Fulmer.

Mr. Hall grew up in Ider, AL, attended Auburn University, and moved to Huntsville after graduation.  He later lived in Decatur and in Hartselle, AL before returning to Huntsville where he lived for the last 25 years.  He had a long and successful career as an Electrical Engineer, working with NASA and the U. S. Army for 40 years and for Amtec Corporation for 12 years before retiring in 2010.  He received the prestigious Auburn Engineering Achievement Award in 1999.  A man of deep faith, he served as pastor for several Primitive Baptist Churches in the area for more than 50 years.

Visitation will be Monday, November 7, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at Briar Fork Primitive Baptist Church, with service following Elder Darrel Chambers officiating.
