LAUDERDALE COUNTY-The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office has ask for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.
Investigators believe she is with people who are exploiting her. It’s now believed she is in extreme danger. It is believed Thompson met the couple on line and they are extorting money from her.
She has been missing since Monday, November 30. There is surveillance photo that shows Thompson going to an ATM in the Shoals area on December 1. She got out of a dark blue Chrysler minivan to get money. The van has tag number 25DB923.
Investigators say Thompson was in Cullman on Thursday, December 3, because her credit card was used at Listerhill Credit Union.
Here is the statement from the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office:
“The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s is asking for assistance in locating Jessica Lynn Thompson who has been reported missing 
from Wayne Drive in Killen Al. Mrs. Thompson may be with a unidentified white male and white female. Anyone with information on the possible location of Mrs. Thompson or the identity of the individuals in the pictures is asked to contact the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department at 256.760.5757 or 911″
