Kevin Dewayne Evett, 64, of Fort Payne, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at his home.

He is survived by his children Tina Dobson, Michael Goss, and Amanda Presson; brother Thomas Head; grandchildren Justin Barnes, Chasity Townsend, Gunnar Goss, Chance Goss, Golden Kaitlyn Robeck, Roman Presson, and Isaac Presson; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Golden Annette Evett, parents James Evett and Dorothy Steele, and brother Max Steele.
Private services are planned for a later time.
Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of arrangements.
