Kevin Charles Jones, age 42, of Boaz, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017 at UAB Hospital.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017 at 6 p.m. at Boaz Carr Funeral Home. Visitation with family from 6 until 7.
He is survived by his wife; Teresa Jones, children, Caleb, Cassidy and Lillian Jones, brother, Keith Jones, and sister, Michelle (John) Petty.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Janet Jones.
