Mr. Kenneth Wayne Traylor, age 69, passed away Friday, November 22, 2024 at North Alabama
Speciality Hospital. Kenneth was born In Marshall County, Alabama on August 24, 1955 to
Wendell Wayne Traylor and Edna Louise Smith Traylor. He and Pamela Joann Malone Traylor
were married for over 30 years. Kenneth was a high school graduate and had earned his
associated degree. He worked in the food production industry at Wintzell’s Oyster House as a
chef.
Kenneth had a variety of interests, primary was his family, especially his granddaughter. He
tinkered with small engine repair and made it a habit to keep every nut and bolt, just in case he
needed it. He enjoyed horseback riding, bass fishing, yard sales, and cooking.
Family members surviving Kenneth are: wife, Pam Traylor, son, Zachary Wayne Traylor
(Stephanie Ann Horton); daughter, Kendall Ann Easly (Brian); granddaughter, Evelyn Jo
Trayler; and sister, Caren Murphree (Bobby).
In addition to his parents, Wendall and Edna Traylor, Kenneth is preceded in death by his
brother, Brian Traylor.
Kenneth’s family will greet friends and guests at a visitation at Brindlee Mountain Chapel in
Morgan City on Wednesday November 27, 2024 from 12:00 noon until the funeral service
begins at 2:00 p.m. Brother Bobby Murphree will officiate. Escorting Kenneth to his final resting
place in Mt. Olive Cemetery will be Christian Chandler, Michael Woods, Jordan Bowden, Gene
Desgranges, Zachary Traylor, and Justin Leon
