Kenneth Ronald “Ron” Ervin, 80 of Arab passed away Sunday, September 8, 2024. He was
born October 18, 1943 in Knoxville, Tennessee the son of Kenneth Brooks Ervin and Bera
Louise Grahl Ervin. He owned and operated Rons Restoration, enjoyed hunting, fishing and
gardening.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years: Sandra Fleming Ervin; daughter and son-in-law: Haley
and Steve Miller; brother-in-law: Norman (Marcell) Fleming; sister-in-law: Levon Fleming;
nieces and nephews: Shannon (Chris) Barksdale, Heather (Linh) Tran, Wes (Heather) Fleming;
great nieces and nephews: Addison Tran, Ambrey Tran, Scarlett Fleming, Leo Fleming, Luke
(Sabra) Barksdale, Hannah (AJ) Crawford; great-great nieces and nephews: Cade Barksdale,
Carter Barksdale, Wade Crawford, Cora Crawford and Nathaniel Crawford.
Graveside Memorial Service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 15, 2024, at the Hopewell
Baptist Church Cemetery with Brother Jamey Pruitt officiating, Gober Funeral Chapel directing.
