Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Mr. Kenneth M. Tobitt, age 74, of Winchester, Tennessee. Mr. Tobitt passed from this life while surrounded by his loving family on December 29, 2018, at Life Care Center of Tullahoma. He will be remembered by the care he always showed to others. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. He was a truck driver for over 20 years and after his retirement, he drove for the Franklin County Senior Citizen’s in Winchester. He was an avid UT football fan and enjoyed time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Linda S. Tobitt; daughter, Teresa (Mike) Ervin of Lynchburg, Tn.; step-children, Debra (Kevin) Saylors of Huntsville, Ala., Linda Darlene (Steve) Garner of Stevenson, Ala., Joy Lynn Stevens of Decherd, TN., Sherry Elaine (Scott) Rush of Pleasant View, TN.; sister, Jean Philpott; brothers, Bill (Marie) Tobitt, Charles (Lynn) Tobitt all of Estill Springs, TN, 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Stanley and Minnie Morris Tobitt; stepdaughter, Luwana Mann and nephew, Randy Tobitt. The family will receive friends on Monday December 31, 2018 from 10-2:00 with the funeral to follow at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at New Center Grove Church of Christ. Ministers Mike Irvin and Byron Lawrence will be officiating. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers. Online condolences may be shared at www.watsonnorth.com
