Kenneth Gunter Northrop, 83, of Florence, went home to our Savior on January 8, 2024, peacefully at his home. He was a loving husband for 61 years to his childhood sweetheart, Saranne Noblin Northrop.
He is also survived by three children, Kimberly Louise Brown (David), Kenneth Gunter Northrop Jr., Kelly Alice Claunch (Patrick); daughter-in-law, Rosemary Baucom Northrop; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A Homegoing Celebration will be held at Highland Baptist Church, Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 12 noon. Visitation will be Saturday, January 13, 2024, from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
