Kenneth E. Schaus, 71 of Athens, passed away on Thursday, March 11th, 2021 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Schaus was born on November 4th, 1949 to Russell Schaus and Joyce Stettner Schaus.
Mr. Schaus is survived by his wife of 36 years Deborah Schaus of Athens, AL; children David Schaus (Mary) of Hong Kong, China, Daniel Schaus (Ana) of Newport Richie, FL, Teresa Meyer (Randy) of Erin, TN; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother Doug Schaus (Linda) of Silver Spring, MD; sister Janet Wool Barber (Richie) of Oxnard CA; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents; and son Christopher Nichols.
Funeral Services for Mr. Schaus will be determined at a later date.
Mr. Schaus loved photography, coaching, umpiring, and refereeing.
