Kenneth Don “Lizard” Brashier departed this life on Sunday, December 19, 2021, at the age of 63 years, 9 months, and 23 days. He was born in Savannah, Tennessee on February 26, 1958, the son of the late William Kinnith and Frances Hutchins Brashier.
Don had been employed with Volunteer Bridge Company working construction and as a truck driver. He had previously been employed with CSMI in Crump, Tennessee, APAC, and Preston Carroll Construction Company. He loved restoring classic cars, trucks, dancing, but most of all he loved his family and his dog, Jake.
Don is survived by his partner of 16 years, Patricia Jane Churchwell; son, Kenneth Wayne Brashier (Sarah) of Eads, Tennessee; daughter, Lacey Renee Brashier of Savannah, Tennessee; granddaughter, Madison Brashier of Eads, Tennessee; brothers, Danny Brashier (Brenda) of Florida and David Brashier (Alisha) of Adamsville, Tennessee; sisters, Bonnie Dunbar (Brad) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Jean Hancock (Bo) of Savannah, Tennessee, and Lisa Vandiver (Matt) of Tupelo, Mississippi; eight nieces and nephews; and three great nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ken and Mary Brashier, and Asbery and Verta Mason Hutchins.
