Alzheimer’s Disease is cruel and takes so much away from those afflicted with the condition. David’s struggle is now over and his mind and body can be at rest.
The family would like to thank everyone who helped to care for David. Your efforts will not be forgotten.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
Collier Butler Funeral Home is in charge.
