Mr. Kenneth Charles Griffith  Kenneth Charles Griffith, known affectionately as Ken, passed away on
October 14, 2024, at the age of 84, in Huntsville, Alabama. Born on
November 15, 1939, in Dutton, he dedicated his life to his family and his work
as a quality control engineer.

Ken cherished spending time with his loved ones, especially his wife,
Joyce Griffith, with whom he shared over 60 wonderful years of marriage. He is survived by two daughters, Tina (Fred) Durham and Robin (Bobby) Sutton,
along with his beloved grandsons, Zachary and Zeb Sutton. He also leaves
behind his brother Layne (Sue) Griffith, sister Andrea Keller, and numerous
nieces and nephews.

Known for his dry wit and intelligence, Ken was a hard worker who could repair anything mechanical and build anything from scratch. He had a passion for fishing, gardening, and watching Auburn football and basketball, enjoying the thrill of the games from the comfort of his home, his favorite place in the world. He was also an avid fan of all westerns, relishing the stories and adventures they portrayed.

A member of the Southern Baptist faith, Kenneth’s legacy will be remembered through the love and kindness he shared with everyone around him. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Funeral service will be Friday, October 18, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. Glen York officiating. Burial will be at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Dutton, AL. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral service from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
