Kenneth Cardin, 59, of Hazel Green, passed away on Friday.
He was an amazing son, brother, husband, father, and pawpaw to his family. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed watching Alabama football on Saturdays. He never turned down an opportunity to spend with his grandchildren. They were his whole world. His most fun adventures include riding on the four wheeler with them. Whether it was through the pasture or just down the driveway, any time spent with them made him smile.
He will be remembered for all of his unselfish acts of kindness and having a fix-it solution for anything that needed working on. He could literally tinker and fix anything. Most importantly, Mr. Cardin, will be remembered as being a giver. He loved grilling and hosting cookouts with his loved ones. Any day spent with them was a perfect day to him.
Kenneth was an amazing backhoe operator. With his knowledge, passion, and invaluable wisdom he owned and operated Cardin Backhoe for over 40 years. He was one of the hardest workers and enjoyed every minute of it. He was a humble man full of love, strength, and encouragement to many people.
