A Private Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Kenneth Alan Johnson, 71, will be Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Pines Church Cemetery with Bro. Richard Richie officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No public visitation will be held .
Mr. Johnson died on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at his residence. He was born October 28, 1952, in Morgan County to Alva Austen Johnson and Anna Lee Vice Johnson.
Mr. Johnson and his wife Zemelia were married for 31 years prior to her passing in 2015. He was a Carpenter by trade and worked in construction, prior to his retirement. He was a Christian man of faith, who loved woodworking, working on cars, and loved his family. He was also a United States Army Veteran serving 4 years and received a National Defense Service Medal during his time served.
Preceding him in death were his wife: Zemelia Joan Johnson, his parents, a brother: Larry Johnson and sisters: Francis Johnson Childers and Martha Stewart.

Son – Austin Taylor Johnson
Sisters- Carol Jean Montgomery
Kathy Harbin
Pallbearers will be Tracy Johnson, Brian Montgomery, Nathaniel Curry, Eric Palmisero and Austin Johnson.
