Kendall Tine Westmoreland, age 20, of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee passed away on May 4, 2018 at Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee surrounded by her loving family.
Kendall passed away due to complications from MODY 5, a rare form of diabetes. Despite four years of organ failures, pain, and medical complications Kendall remained a source of positivity and inspiration. Kendall loved to cook, sing, paint, and spend time with her family; she especially loved fishing with her father.
Kendall is survived by her mother: Lisa (Tim) Holt; father: Paul Westmoreland (Susan Loomis); brothers: Christian Hornbeck, Brett (Becky) Holt, and Colin Holt; sister: Amanda (Preston) Schaffer; grandparents: Linda McGonigal, Judy Westmoreland and J.C. (Mary Lou) Holt; stepmother: Christy Westmoreland and special friend: Jessica Davis. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers: Anthony McGonigal and Paul Westmoreland Sr. as well as high school sweetheart: Ryan Wray.
Kendall’s family will visit with friends on Saturday, May 5, 2018, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm as well as from Noon until 2:00pm on Sunday, May 6th at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia. A Service will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Tom Spelling officiating. Interment will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers are: Christian Hornbeck, Brett Holt, Colin Holt, Preston Schaffer, Josh King, and Jacob King.
