Kelby Smith, 83, formerly of Florence, died December 27, 2023. Visitation will be Saturday, January 6, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Florence Boulevard Church of Christ, Florence. Funeral will follow at 1 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. He was the husband of Martha Smith. Greenview Funeral Home is assisting the family.
