Keith Upton, 68, died Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at the Red Bay Hospital. He was born in Red Bay, AL to Arvie and Hazel Marie Hardin Upton. He worked as a timber cutter and was a member of Old Burleson Missionary Baptist Church, Vina, AL.
Services will be Sunday, December 26, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Mike Deaton officiating. Burial will be in Old Burleson Cemetery, Vina, AL. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his mother – Marie Upton; four children – Thomas Upton (Mark Bailey), Kevin Upton (Nichole), Brian Upton (Shannon) and Lesa Lambert (Chris); fourteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and one brother – Louis Upton.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Pallbearers will be Thomas Upton, Kevin Upton, Mark Bailey, Russ Hester, Dillon Creekmore and Andrew Upton.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 26, 12-2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL.
