Keith Smith of Muscle Shoals passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at the age of 57. His visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will be Friday, October 5, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Mark Little, Brian McCutchen and Mike Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery.
Keith was a lifelong resident of Colbert County and a member of the East Colbert Church of Christ. He was a graduate of Colbert County Class of 1979 and worked for North American Lighting. Keith loved four wheeling and spending time with his wife and grandchildren. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman. He was preceded in death by his brother, Terrel Smith.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kady Smith; parents, Sterlin and Faye Smith; daughter, Cheyenne (Jacob) Stanfield; son, Dwayne (Stacey) Roberts; brothers, Greg (Pam) Smith and Mike (Camille) Smith; sister, Pam (Danny) Roberts; sister-in-law, Kristy Smith; five grandchildren, Justin and Paige Roberts, and Caden, Channing and Charlie Stanfield; and special friends, Darrell “Bubba” Franks and Justin Roberts.
Pallbearers will be Justin Roberts, Darrell “Bubba” Franks, Hughston Smith, Craig Smith, Joseph Smith, Bob Burnell, Mike Smith and Greg Smith.
The family would like to give special thanks to Judy Collier, Donna Covington, Karen Baker, Becky Goodloe, Gail Agee, Mike Lewis and Bob Burnell.
